Cautions Regarding Delivery
* Please note that it may take more time than usual to deliver items due to concentrated orders or a combination of Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and/or company holidays.
* Please note that delivery to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu regions may take more time than usual.
* If the recipient is absent on the delivery date, the delivery agent will leave a delivery notice and temporarily take the item back to the distribution center. Please contact the delivery agent based on the contact information stated in the delivery notice and provide instructions for the item to be redelivered.
* For international deliveries, tariffs may be additionally incurred for each country or region to which the item is delivered.
* Please note that we may cancel your orders at our discretion if the delivery destination information is incomplete.
Timing for Delivery
Domestic delivery
It will usually take approximately two (2) to nine (9) days after you place your order.
International delivery
Delivered as soon as they are ready. It may take approximately two (2) weeks after you place your order.
*It may take more time than usual to deliver items due to concentrated orders, a combination of Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and/or company holidays, or at the timing, or before or after the timing, when the manufacturer or supplier has a high shipping volume or otherwise has a heavy workload
Difference Between the Image Shown on Your Screen and the Actual Item
The color and texture of the items that you see on your screen may differ slightly from those of the actual items depending on the monitor environment, OS or browser version you use.
Cancels, Returns and Exchanges
As soon as you receive the item, please confirm whether or not there is any damage, etc. thereto.
Please contact us within seven (7) days from the arrival of the item if it has been damaged during delivery or you have received the wrong item. We will repair or exchange the item with the delivery fees at our cost.
If the item cannot be repaired, or if it cannot be exchanged because it has been sold out, is no longer produced or is a limited item, etc., we will return the payment for the item plus the bank transfer fees after you have returned the item with the delivery fees at our cost.
We do not, however, accept any returns or exchanges due to your own reasons.
Please also note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for items:
- For which eight (8) or more days have passed since their arrival;
- That you have already used;
- That you have damaged or defaced;
- That you have processed or repaired; or
- That have their accessories, such as boxes, tags or instruction manuals defaced, damaged or lost.
All the items we handle meet their manufacturers’ quality standards, and the inspection standards of their official domestic distributors. We conduct transactions based on the understanding that items with small scratches and scrapes that are unavoidably created when they are manufactured, or dents and black spots, etc. attributable to their material nature, are good-quality items. Therefore, please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for such reasons.
