Delivery time of the product

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We will repair or replace the product at our expense, including shipping costs.
If repair is not possible, or if the item cannot be exchanged (e.g., the item is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition), we will refund the product price and bank transfer fees after you return the item to us (shipping costs covered).
